I created weestoater as a freelance venture to help businesses have usable, affordable and attractive websites.
I began working on websites in early '95 and have used web standards since mid '98. I am a member of the Guild of Accessible Web Designers and the CETIS Accessibility forum. I am based in the small town of Stewarton just outside Kilmarnock, Scotland.
