Sometimes my clients only have a company name and a vague idea what her site should do. I enjoy these projects the most as I often end up creating some of the more imaginative designs from the thoughts and interviews with my customers. A recent example of this would be working with Linda Lafferty on her life coaching website. She approached me with the desire to be online and I adviced her on a number of possible directions available to her with a variety of practical solutions and examples. She had a very specific market in mind and had researched it very thoroughly. After discussing a few themes and ideas with her it was clear to me how we should design and brand her site.
